How can the "safest pick in the draft" back in 09 (Vinny's last year of destroying the team) end up being shopped? Just goes to show you, no such thing as a sure thing on draft day. That or the Seahawks are really dedicated to suck for Luck.

this guy is a beast but in a bad situation in Sea. He has great work ethic and a great locker room kind of guy. look at all those Lbs in Seattle that have just gone missing...something is not right over there. Put him with London and you he will prove his worth.

re: Update: Seattle Trades LB Aaron Curry to Raiders
Am I the only one here that thinks we should go after guys who fit in as a 3-4 inside backer? No offense to Curry but we've already taken one 4-3 outside backer and tried to convert him to a 3-4 inside backer and it hasn't exactly worked. It doesn't matter why he's irrelevant in Seattle right now but I just don't see him being a good scheme fit here. Besides, something makes me concerned that he was regarded as the safest pick in the 2009 draft and 2 years later he's being shopped. Different regime or not if he was a playmaker he shouldn't have had that much of a problem fitting in.

I think this coming draft we should be drafting a MLB to replace London when he retires. It would be great for our young rookie LB to learn from London. As for Curry we should have very little interest in him.

lol, SS early with the zingers this morning. Seriously though, I hope Kyle got his hand smacked with all that 4th quarter stuff last week. Big Shanny said top ten in carries for the year, Run should be Kyle's Mantra

re: Update: Seattle Trades LB Aaron Curry to Raiders
Meh, only reason you make a trade in-season for a LB is to fill a dire need on a team that otherwise would be going places. Like the Eagles.
We're not in that situation.
