Poor Jags. First half they were beasting against the Raiders. Now MJD and Gabbert could be out for a long, long time.
Didn't think the Jags would miss Gabbert...but Henne looked awful

Re: Around the NFL...Week 8 Style
If Andy and Vick are done in Philly, I think the Jags could be a landing spot for Vick. Someone who could energize the fanbase and sell tickets. Think it would be a good fit while prepping Geno Smith on the bench.

And the race to L.A. continues, who will get there first? The Jags or the Chargers?

Blame it on the Jags, blame it on the Henne.

Re: Around the NFL...Week 8 Style
Vick's days of a starter are all but over if he's benched in Philly.

You are really a one-trick pony dude. We got it. You hate Haslett. Guess what - you, me and everyone else in Skins World better get used to giving up lots of yards/points threw the air. A change of coaching is NOT going to change that this season. Regardless of coaching, the talent is just not there.

edit: I am not saying that one of those great coaches is available, and we probably are stuck with Haslett for the remainder of the season. To say that there isnt anybody that could do a better job than Jim Friggin Haslett with what we have is nonsense. That is what you are implying by saying regardless of coaching, the talent is just not there. |
