Redskins v/s Eagles Predictions

Well I guess someone needs to get this weeks game started.

I think we stomp on the Eagles no matter who they have playing QB. We get back a few starters and the team finds that spark to make a run at the playoffs.

Re: Redskins v/s Eagles Predictions

I think this game will be close. RG3 runs all over the Eagles defense. Our D pressures Foles into 3 picks. Despite all of that the Eagles will force turnovers on our offense. This will be a low scoring game. Kai Forbath drills a 55 yard FG to win it in the last seconds.

Huge win for the Skins. 10-6 for the season, against all the odds.

Ban me too. After this week, it will officially return to business as normal and, once again, watching the Skins will become an unnecessary masochistic experience. It will, again, be no fun watching the Skins as they lose to the hot mess that the Eagles have become. In doing so, we will simultaneously prop up current Eagles regime, once again make a rookie look like a future HOF'er and subject ourselves to a full week of rants and, in the case of Goat & crew, a blistering round of "I told you so" gloating.

Re: Redskins v/s Eagles Predictions

Let me state the obvious here. If we can't beat the eagles, our season is Officially over ( I already think we're done but the door isn't "fully" closed yet). The eagles have NO Oline whatsoever. They have no left or right tackle. No center. If Kerrigan can't get pressure on their ROOKIE QB, he may as well be added to the list of replaceable guys. Same for JJ Bowen and cofield. Expect a lot of quick passes. Tackling is going to be key on those quick desean Maclin avant slants. The eagles have good pass rushers so expect a lot of Alfred Morris up the middle. It's still going to be close since there isn't much film of foles. So he'll make some plays early on and eagles are going to be fighting since there's pressure on them and Andy.

Our offense struggles early but gets there stuff together in the second half. If we cant beat one of if not the most disfunctional teams in the NFL we need to fire some people. Still I feel like RG3 will make one or two plays that decides the game even if he ends up being misused

Re: Redskins v/s Eagles Predictions

Skins win.

I always figure we will split the division against the other rivals, at the beginning of the year I thought we would beat Dallas twice now I'm at about 50/50 that happens. However the Eagles are another story. I was worried about them at the beginning of the season, now not so much.

Out of the 7 games left I could see us going 9-7 but that is a lot of work and luck. I think we can beat the Eagles twice, Dallas twice, Browns, and for the split of the division we beat the Giants at home. Our loss would be to the Ravens.

but I could also see us being 6-10, beating the Eagles twice, and Dallas once, and losing the rest. So who knows.

Eagles - 20

Redskins - 17 + another ridiculous Shanahan presser, for whatever thats worth. I doubt it puts us over the top though.
