In shape or not, he's been out of football for a long time. Best take a wait and see approach and go about our draft as we were intending to do. If it turns out he's healthy, in shape, and really can contribute, we should view that as a bonus. If anyone knows the cap implications of this, please share.

His reinstatement shouldn't affect our draft at all. If a FS is BPA at any time, Jackson's availability shouldn't make us take a lower-rated player at a different position or trade down. That being said, his reinstatement is a good thing, because it gives us more options. I wouldn't want to go into the season with just Ryan Clark at FS. |

Until I see him on the field, f**k him. His reinstatement should change nothing as far as the draft is concerned because he is one slip away from getting the Donald Sterling treatment.
