Conference Championship thread

Afc Patriots 33 Colts 24

NFC Hawks 23 GB 22

Brady has another 3 td game in a fairly easy win.

Hawks win with a late Int in the 4th in an ugly game. Rodgers healthy I'm going With them but he's obviously hurting.

Re: Conference Championship thread

Want to see Indy and Green Bay (longshots) win, would love to see Luck upstage Brady.

I almost picked the Colts but I don't think Luck Is ready for the SB just yet.

Re: Conference Championship thread

Patriots, Seahawks.

I'll be rooting for Green Bay to win the NFC, but don't really care about the AFC side. Probably root for New England since I have a friend that's a Pats fan.

Go Pack! Go Colts!

A Seattle vs. Pats matchup = Cheater's Bowl

Nice! I really don't care who wins as long as someone beats the Seahawks. I can't stand them, almost as much as I can't stand the cowboys....

Re: Conference Championship thread

Looking back at that New England/Baltimore game. The Ravens should have probably been playing this weekend. WTF is Torrey Smith doing?

Guy breaks down that Flacco INT which could have been caught but his WR gave zero effort.

Re: Conference Championship thread

Honestly, I think Flacco throws a lot of jump balls. He expects his receivers to go get them, and they often do. But sometimes, the defender will beat you if you just heave it up and leave it to chance. To me, his deep ball lacks the accuracy and touch that the truly elite QBs have. This play is a good example of that.

Re: Conference Championship thread

smith got blasted by talk radio and fans for not trying harder.

consensus is that its just not in torrey smith's game. he is not good at winning 50-50 ball or fighting for a jump ball.

i think flacco threw it too far inside and towards the safety coming over vs a more sideline throw away from coverage .. but joe was throwing flat footed.

t smith is def going to be a FA this year.

I feel the same way . I would love to see A. Rod Throw 4 tds and GB to spank Seattle 40- 17 , I just can't see it . Same for the Colts / Pats .

Pulling for Pats and Pack. I know I am in the minority but I would not be surprised by a Pack upset.
