Raiders Skins POST GAME
Definitely eating some crow today. I have not seen a Redskins team play that well against a superior team in a long long time.
Chris Thompson is becoming our Darren Sproles. Guy is just making it happen. Defense is has been a amazing; honestly if the O had showed up for the Philly game we should have won that one. Proud to be a Skins fan today (not many days like that )

Re: Raiders Skins POST GAME
Me too. Tough sledding out there.
But seriously that was the most dominant one sided showing of superiority I have seen from a NFL team in years.

Greg Manusky has just stamped an identity on this team.

Re: Raiders Skins POST GAME
So has Gruden and the O-line with the balanced play calling (actually running the ball the last two games) and physical play.
Both lines were physical. I said it after week one that we are now a finesse passing team. I am glad to be wrong. Physical and smart football wins. Defense wins championships. Our defense was in position for every play. When was the last time we could say that? No mix ups in coverage. It was almost like we knew the play being called. One small thing that might have gone unnoticed.....the blocking from the TE's and WR's was so much better. Day and night. DJ Swearinger and Montae Nicholson had the DB's in the right places. The LB's were incredible. D-Line was perfect. The coaches did an excellent job preparing the players for this game. Could not ask for anything more. |

Re: Raiders Skins POST GAME
So many positives... Cousins, Doctson, Thompson, the OL, VD, Fuller, P. Smith, J. Allen, Nicholson, Z. Brown, on and on.
My only negative is Perine. Still running way too tentative and the fumble is just inexcusable. Mack Brown deserves more carries. |

Re: Raiders Skins POST GAME
P.Smith has finally arrived! Thank goodness.
Our D is not a joke anymore, DJ came in a leveled Lynch last night! Kirk was great, still would love to see TP get going. CT= team mvp

Re: Raiders Skins POST GAME
This was the best I've felt after a win in a LONG time. Now I'm like, "How do we pay Zach Brown?!"
