Redskins Training Camp Thread
https://www.richmond.com/sports/reds...6077c1a78.html
"Colt McCoy, Derrius Guice will start Redskins training camp on active list" - I think this is a positive. I'm getting pumped...Ill make it down for a day or 2. What Im watching: 1. QB competition...obviously cant wait to see the new guys. 2. WR competition - Probably the biggest need for the team for someone to emerge not only on the practice field but during the game. My bet is Cam Sims, Paul Rich and Trey Quinn in the slot get the first run. 3. ILB competition - This becomes interesting with the Vets out. Young guys time to step up. Bostic, obvious not a new player but new to the team...hopefully he can bring it. Honestly, this is a perfect time to see what you got at ILB when the Dline is strong in front of you and the Secondary has sufficient depth and starters. 4. Watching Kevin O Connell new wrinkles in the offense. Man, we need some new idea 5. Can Guice be ready for start of season?

Also looking forward to hearing how they line up the Oline without TW, and how Wes Martin does early in camp. Competition in our secondary will also be interesting to follow, with all that quality depth and some question marks at safety.

Morgan Moses comes in at 328 pounds. Gruden said it's the best shape Moses has been in.

Jay says "Perine was awesome in OTA's and he's excited for him"
Also says Guice "Has to communicate with the staff on how he is feeling, he needs to play though"

For the 1s: Case Keenum and Adrian Peterson start out in the backfield. Jordan Reed with Dwayne Haskins and the 2s. Colt McCoy with the 3s #HTTR

Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread
Tim Settle is going to be my most improved and impressive player in camp, he’s lost 15lbs.

Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread
Flowers to start LT for now. I know it's still early and Trent will come back but still I am dumbfounded by this strategy...

Our DL could be the best in football if they show up

Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread
I can see this easily. When Settle plays better, it will give other Dline guys opportunities to get break frequently which will make huge positive impact on Dline's conditions in 4th quarters.

Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread
"The field is clearly a little slippery, Landon Collins took a tumble in coverage of Jordan Reed. Josh Norman comes back from jumping bulls to jump a route and intercept the first pass of training camp. Colt McCoy threw it. "
Colt back to Colt things lol
