23-19 W over the Cowboys postgame thread

I don't care how it happened, I just didn't want to get swept by that team. And 12-5 feels pretty good.

Agree but we seriously need tyler biadaz back , that dude is so underrated

why was jd5 so inept? I feel like they limited his plays and hoped Dallas just roll over; i feel like the plan was always to pull him at halftime

I'm not sure about that being the plan. If you're going to pull him at halftime, why play him at all. He was ineffective. Maybe it had something to do with the leg thing and maybe not, but MM came in and immediately go the O going.

But yeah, 12-5 feels pretty damn good! Some ugly Ws, but it's tough to win in this league, and with this whole thing being new from top to bottom, 12-5 is pretty impressive!

A walkoff dagger to the Cowboys to end the season. Give me a big cup of that.

Yeah, the situation with JD is a little weird. I just hope it's not something that will carry onto the Bucs game.

No running game in the last few games is pretty concerning. Hopefully Ekeler's return will create a spark in the playoffs.

Props to Mariota, he's proven to be a very good backup for us. Hope he wants to stay.

He's been great for sure. More than we could have asked for. In addition to the on field play, he had a great pep talk with JD prior to the Atlanta victory. Another excellent AP acquisition.

I am. Cuz when the chips are down..... unfortunately quinn doesn't actually have the balls that say a dan Campbell does.

He was always sitting at halftime. Quinn just wanted the perception of play til the last moment.

Last second TD to my favorite player then OKC beat the Celtics. By the time I passed out drunk af on my couch I was like:

Re: 23-19 W over the Cowboys postgame thread

To beat the Cowboys like that is fantastic, That’s only the second time in my lifetime that I can remember us doing that to the Cowboys, and it seems like they have done it to us several times.
The running game,or lack there of, is very concerning,it’s been mostly just JD’s running ability that’s accounted for most of the rushing yards since week 13 against Tennessee(except against Dallas where MM had most of the rushing yards) The offensive line is getting no push in the running game.
JD did not look comfortable in the Dallas game, in the Atlanta game he played footloose and fancy free, did not look the same against Dallas, why that is I don’t know.
For us to have a chance against Tampa, he’s gonna have to play like Lamar Jackson and takeoff running because the offensive line isn’t opening up any holes
