It's pretty amazing how such a major figure in US news was Canadian
(until he changed citizenship). I wasn't his biggest fan, but still for my generation, Brokaw, Rather, and Jennings was a powerful triumvirate and source of information before 24-hours news channels and the Internet took over. RIP
