Redskins Topps: 2005 w/ Picks & Prospects

This week I am sharing the just released 2005 Topps Redskins cards with you. 2005 is the 50th Anny. of Topps but they had absorbed the Bowman Card Co. which go back to 1948.

I noticed something I have never seen Topps do and that is have different colors on the back for a team in the same year. They are always all the same color for not just your team but all teams in a given year. Hmm?

Sean Taylor, Clinton Portis, Ladell Betts, Mark Brunell, Patrick Ramsey, Darnarian McCants, Levar Arrington, Shawn Springs, Santan Moss.

Rookies Jason Cambell and Carlos Rogers

Along with the 2005 Team Set they had released early this year the Redskins 2005 Picks and Prospects where they say the "Rookie Cards" are. I have this set but disagree and say that Jason and Carlos's cards in the regular set are actually their "rookie cards".

Enjoy
Hail to the Redskins, to Hail with Dalass

peace

I agree. I like reading the backs too. When you read the very old cards like from the 1950's they sound better if you read them like a Radio Announcer. lol

Yesterday I got two more whole sets of this 2005 set. Now I have some to save and some to carry around to get signed by players this year.

Thanks for the comments.
