Best Linebacker Lineup

I like our linebacks this year, but who do you think is the best line up we've ever had? My vote has to go to:

LLB Kaufman
MLB Olkewicz
RLB Milot

Also, I don't know if this would be considered off topic or not, but...

I noticed in the three ff league drafts I've been in that no one has respected the Redskin's defense. This is only my second year playing but maybe I missed something. It's just odd when Chicago and Arizona's defense is picked before the Skins.

Re: Best Linebacker Lineup

That one has to be right up there....it's certainly the trio that sticks out the most in mind. Although Wilbur Marshall was tremendous, as was Ken Harvey...but I can't remember who thay lined up with.....

Oh yeah, I think you have to throw Monte Coleman in that mix of Kaufman, Milot, Olkey.

I took 'em in my league (relatively high round, too). I had them last year, and they served me well. I also had the Patriots' D, though, so the Skins didn't get a whole lot of PT!

They got taken fairly early by other guys in both of my leagues. I still have one more draft to go, and I'll hopefully pick them up.

Re: Best Linebacker Lineup

Redskins defense is great, but it's fantasy value isn't too high. We were around 19th in turnovers, we didnt take those turnovers to the house, we (suprised me) were middle of the pack in sacks. When you 3 and out people that often, it doesnt translate to good fantasy value.

Re: Best Linebacker Lineup

The Skins D, while great yardage-wise, doesn't get a lot of turnovers or scores.

That's Lavars' job. He can take it to the house with no problem. I still remember his INT and TD against Carolina in 2000 that turned around our season to win 5 games in row and finish 8-8. Come on LA we need you.
