Re: Most surprising cut?
Thought McCune's potential and special team play would earn him a spot.

Re: Most surprising cut?
I went with Wilson.
He seemed to be a promising young lineman. He stepped in last year and started a game at RT and looked pretty good. |

Re: Most surprising cut?
Toss-up between McCune and Warner. McCune had just a little more hype surrounding his pick and athletic ability and so forth, and I think our so called need at MLB added more to the expectation of him making an impact.
Just goes to show, IMO, how much we really miss Pierce. Him and Warner will end up on PS. |

Re: Most surprising cut?
McCune 2 me. they hyped him as such a good pickup, but it's cool he'll be on the PS. If Dyson could have done more on special team, I think he would still be there too. I guess Rock 3rd back, and Nemo as goal line

Re: Most surprising cut?
Wilds was the most surprising if only because he lost out to Jimoh.
Wilson was the most disappointing because it does seem to leave us thin at tackle. I never expected McCune to make it so no surprise he was cut. |

Re: Most surprising cut?
I went with Warner. Very good speed and showed promising skills when he was given the opportunity.

It seems the staff wanted more depth and rotation in the interior on the active Roster. Unless Jansen and Samuels both got hurt I wouldn't worry much. |

Re: Most surprising cut?
Most surprised by Wilds. We need a good dimeback and Wilds have better cover skills than Jimoh...IMO.
Most disappointed by McCune. I guess I bought into the hype and expected him to be at least a backup MLB. |

I personally voted for McCune because he did have the tangibles and I believe in the coaching staff. I thought that they saw something in him and if that "something" was there, he could be special given his tangibles. |
