Halftime Penalty?

Anyone know what the penalty was that allowed the Cards to kick from the 45 yd line to start the 2nd half? The announcers mentioned a penalty, but didn't know why and didn't look into the call. Anyone know?

Yeah I'd like to know what it was specifically too. This is all I can find right now.

Even stranger was the announcement at the start of the third quarter that the Redskins had been penalized 15 yards for a personal foul on kicker John Hall on the final play of the first half (also a Redskins punt).
According to Hall, who was on the sideline during the play, Redskins long snapper Ethan Albright was taken down by a Cardinals player, and the two came crashing into Hall's legs.
Hall was told he was flagged for "jumping and spearing him," though he insisted he didn't nothing wrong.
"They fell at my feet," Hall said. "It's not like they took me out."

nick novak ran onto the field and slapped khary campbell and started a minor altercation.would have been a good spot for a no call.i was waiting for someone to give mr novak payback later in the game

I thought I saw Rackers slap Kheri Campbell. Novak wasn't on the field was he?
