Usually dont toot my own horn, but this is something i have been wanting to do for some time. It has been surprisingly easy so far. I keep expecting to go on a killing spree or atleast sit down and plan one to take the edge off.
Really great app available called "smoke free" that sort of helped me along.

Hang in there punch. I've never smoked but I know lots of people who struggled. Happy for you.
