Usually dont toot my own horn, but this is something i have been wanting to do for some time. It has been surprisingly easy so far. I keep expecting to go on a killing spree or atleast sit down and plan one to take the edge off.
Really great app available called "smoke free" that sort of helped me along.

If you ever need some inspiration, apparently every year when spring rolls around hospitals get slammed with a bunch of people suffering from various smoker related diseases like COPD. Source: my dad who was in the hospital this spring with COPD related shortness of breath. On the bright side though, last week we just celebrated 6 months smoke free for him. If he can do that after 50 years of nonstop smoking I have no doubts you can too.
