I quit smoking. Its been 8 days, 20 hours, 42 minutes, and 9 seconds but whose counting?
Usually dont toot my own horn, but this is something i have been wanting to do for some time. It has been surprisingly easy so far. I keep expecting to go on a killing spree or atleast sit down and plan one to take the edge off. Really great app available called "smoke free" that sort of helped me along. |
