No...it will be another 1-2 months or so. I'm on a liquid diet. Tired of being fat. I've gone from 273 to 256 pounds. Gotta do something about this.
I can't exercise a whole lot right now either. I have a degenerative back condition. I am phase 2 of 3 phases with a lower disk problem. Phase 3 is disability. I've been in pain for years, but here lately it's been a lot worse so I have to see a chiropractor 2-3 times a week. So the only way to lose weight right now is to stop the intake of food. It's working. My goal is to get down to under 220. Under 200 is too much for me...I have a very large frame, so I'd look anorexic.

i was 334 on Jan 1st I am 281 now I want to get back to my HS playing weight of 260-275 remember I was a RB in HS

That's one big RB.
My playing weight was around 180lbs. When my daughter died back in Jan of 2004, I was 183lbs. Amazing how quick the weight can pile on. I had less than 5% body fat, now I'd be surprised if I was less than 50% body fat. lol.

So how did you lose the weight?

I was on a liquid diet till mid feb now I dont eat after 6 pm and i work out everyday plus my GF is teaching me how to swim just an excuse to get her in a bikini

I've been doing the cambridge diet. The shakes are not as tasty as they say, but I gotta do something.

its really my own every morning for breakfast I have a fruit or vegetable smoothie, lunch I usually do green lettuce salad no dressing just a sprinkle of lemon juice or another smoothie for flavoring and dinner baked chicken no skin and steamed vegetables I just started the chicken last week I usually just had 2 fruit smoothies and 1 vegetable smoothie per day weight drops quick
