Ok. Glad to see that the coaches saw that Groom was keeper. I'm cool with Keasey making the squad too because he has good size, 6' 0" 236lbs, speed, heart, and is supposedly picking up the schemes well (also, on Madden he'll have the blonde dreads hanging out the back of his helmet). Wilds blew some assignments big time in the preseason closer so it's understood why his leash was so short. I'm still unsatisfied with our DEs. Greg Williams may be too, but he will work with the talent we already have. None of these guys have the pass rushing skills and moves of a premier DE and that includes Arrington. That's the reason L.A. is used as a DE on 'passing downs' and equally the reason he's not effective at it. The 3-3-5 formation suits our players' strengths more. Maybe the previously injury riddled Nic Clemons will live up to his #90 jersey (I nearly torched mine when Kenard Lang left to go play for his old college coach who by the way is out of the league(?)
