Drama aside, I think the upside is too great to not make a serious push for him. Garçon, Jackson, Reed, RG3, Morris... yeah good luck to any defensive coordinator trying to stop this offense.

Unless the Oline play changes drastically, which it might with a new coaching staff but I am not betting on it (mainly because the talent doesn't seem that much better than last year), that offense wouldn't be that great.

Scheme can go a long way as we saw in 2012. I expect under Gruden we'll see a lot more 3 step drops with quick passes.
