Tanard Jackson to be reinstated

I was shocked to hear this, but the Redskins supposedly did not go hard after Mike Mitchell, because they knew they were getting Tanard back. They say he has tested clean for a year and works out day and night. I mean i got pretty excited when I heard that. Supposedly Raheem has was a huge part of his recovery and they believe in him.
