Saying no too often is how you end up with a thin roster.

Everyone needs to remember you can't plan your way to a championship roster. You need to be opportunistic, when an opportunity comes to grab a player, whether a star WR like DeSean Jackson or a depth/updside move at safety like Tanard Jackson, you just pull the trigger and let the coaches sort it out in camp.
