Griffin needs (1) Time/Years, (2) Better OLine, (3) Less spotlight, (4) No expectations. If there's a place in the league that could do that for him, he may develop. At least right now that place is not here.



Unfortunately, I think we're destined for a few lost years with Beck-type QBs until we pull a "suck for luck" and finally draft another #1 QB to take us to the promised land..

Based on our track record this all sounds very realistic, but sometimes unexpected things happen that work out just fine. Too many examples around the league from Brady to Brees to Romo to Wilson. Plenty of ways that you can step in dogshit in this league and turn things around in a hurry.
Only thing that keeps me sane is that we are due....overdue...for some good things.
Obviously Snyder isnt going anywhere, so I think the most important change rite now is to get BA the hell out. BA and Haslett imo both need to go.
