Raiders signing Dan Williams and Curtis Lofton per source. Getting Williams pulled them out of Knighton sweepstakes.

Wanted him but will take a Knighton/Paea combo

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

Knighton is the better player over Dan Williams, probably cost a lil more

Regardless, I'm glad we're adding a true NT (if we get Knighton).

Chip Kelly: These moves are about the salary cap, it’s not baseball | ProFootballTalk

Its funny to read the Eagles Message boards after the press conference, most the comments were "i dont know what to believe anymore" And others talked about if things were all about money, why did they absorb 16 million dollars for Bradford?

Its a circus up there folks. Cant talk bad about the skins and their garbage anymore

Adam Schefter Tweeted that Chip Kelly claims he was offered a first round draft pick for Sam Bradford this morning. I'm calling BS.

Agreed. The Rams would have gotten the same offer and taken it, and the Eagles, if it happened, would be smart to take it.

The fact that Kelly is lying in that way makes me more sure that he's playing for Mariota.

Re: NFL Free Agents Signings

knighton - i read that he is a run only defensive player and would be limited to 2 downs then rotated out. speculation why raiders and other team were hesitant.

Miami Dolphins cut DT Randy Starks - ESPN

starks released as speculated.

radio last night said Brees is quietly being shopped.

Yup, complete garbage...Chip presser was to calm the base down. That comment came off as flippant and arrogant, trying to justify the move by saying other organization approve it so much they offered me a 1st...not buying it, chip has a history of "coach/gm speak"

I wish Hankerson well in Atlanta. He's one of those guys who started off rough, but seemed to get better as he progressed. Too bad the injury bug had bitten him.

Colts offense looks strong with addition of A. Johnson and F. Gore.
One of the most improved teams on paper. Will it translate to more wins in the playoffs?

we only really want knighton for 2 downs though. paea would play DT on 3rd down to rush the passer.

So far the Raiders have done a nice job in Free Agency.
