and I dont view Flowers as an upgrade over Schweitzer .. and its a massive overpay .. wtf

Flowers is a JAG, Schweitzer is slightly above a jag

I think Wes and Scherff's contracts both expire after this year. So they won't be on the books next year. Not sure how many years Flowers has left. Hopefully at least 1 more.
