I'd prefer Diggs over Aiyuk.

Diggs last season:

85 catches out of 102 targets, for 1,013 yards, at an average of 11.9/catch. With 4 TDs.

He caught 83.33% of all targets. That is damn good. The best WR in the NFL last year caught 73% of all targets. Far larger overall targets, not saying Diggs is better than Smith-Njigba, but if you throw Diggs the ball, he is going to catch it more than 4 out of 5 times. And he can line-up anywhere and run any route.
