The biggest thing missing from this time around for Gibbs is the halftime adjustments. When he was here the first time, if the team was down at half, he would make adjustments and say something to them in the locker room that would make the team come out on fire ready to compete. I just don't see that this time around.
Also, did he come back from Nascar to simply be team president? I thought he wanted to coach. |
