Keep going at it until you see the six pack. Once I finally got that, I became VERY concious of my weight because the fiancee LOVES it and it's like the second I gain a couple pounds, I'm back in the gym making it work again.
 I can thank Domino's and college for the sixty pounds I put on during those years.
