You got it man! I already promised my wife that we can go to 1 Broncos game a year...when the Skins have a bye week! hehe. (she's a big Broncos fan) If this works out, and we can buy a house with no down payment, the sale of our house would pay off all our CC debt, my motorcycle, and some other debt. Basically we would be debt free not including my truck, her car, and the new house.
