If this works out, and we can buy a house with no down payment, the sale of our house would pay off all our CC debt, my motorcycle, and some other debt. Basically we would be debt free not including my truck, her car, and the new house.

Starting over is so much fun. You make me want to do it again. On second thought, no I don't.
