If he comes here and there is fair open competition for starting QB then he will be the starter. He's a proven pro bowl QB that still has a bunch of good years in front of him. He's not Bruenell who was obviously finished when the Skins picked him up. JC hasnt really shown anything and its still not clear he ever will. That said, I'm not sure the Skins should sign him. For some reason it really bothers me that the Skins cant draft and develop their own players and always have to rely on FAs to attempt to bolster the team.
