I would say Landry at safety is top 5 on defense, on offense Cooley and Portis - but all these guys are signed long term so the franchise tag is not going to be used for a while but I would say if Jason Campbell goes next year without an extension and plays ok I would think the Skins would at least use a transition tag for some protection. If Campbell plays lights out and is deemed the future Redskins qb for the next 5-7 years the Skins will try to extend him but if they can't sign him they would franchise him because good qbs are too hard to find and teams are willing to give 2 first rounders for a great qb.
