I frankly don't believe we'd settle for someone who doesn't have a name or isn't a bona fide rising star...so if Bruce Allen doesn't fit the bill (which it sounds like he doesn't) then he isn't our guy...
also, the record above looks pretty similar to skin's record (in fact its the exact same!) - and i'll bet the bucs didn't lead the league (top 3) in salary every year...
