In this article that was published at the end of last season says that during a season ending meeting Buges was brutally honest about his O-line collapse.
It also says Buges has been privately criticized by some in the organization for being too loyal to veterans in the past. I could see how this could happen with Buges being so close to his guys and the personal tragedy he went through last year. These guys are like a family to him and like a team within a team. Sometimes when you become too close to a situation things have to be made obvious before you see them. Having said that, Buges is a great coach and if he has made mistakes I feel confident he'll correct them. He's loyal, but he's not stupid.
