If he has the talent to be a playmaker, then Atlanta should be his best chance. Everywhere else he is being patched in to overcome another qb's deficiencies. atlanta is better suited with a passing qb, they were trying to make vick become more of a passing qb but it was not working. ryan is a great passer, therefor, a better fit for the falcons offense.
