I can remember going to a Caps game yrs ago (late 70' or early 80's) and when I was taken to the bathroom (as a kid) I can remember the trough urinal. You walked up and pee'd on the wall. LOL. No dividers. I guess you either don't go, use the stall, or get seriously drunk so you don't care who's watching. LOL.

I usually go with Option C in order to use the trough, but if I know it's a trough arrangement where I'm going, I make sure I get to the point where if I don't go now, it's going to run down my leg because at that point, I don't care if there's a webcam on my junk, I'm gonna go.
