You have all forgotten about McCants and Jacobs all they need is a shot. The problems were not at WR this year, though Gardner had his fair share.

QB sacks, we were the middle of the pack. Clinton Portis had no room to run behind the line and still managed 1300+ yards. Yes Jansen was gone, but Samuels wants more money.

Also take into consideration how thin we were at Defensive back since towards end of the season. Smoot's (hope we resign him) contract is up, and Spring's is injury prone. I am a firm believer in if it isn't broke then don't fix it, but the first round should be a CB.

The rest of the picks should be used on O and D linemen. Get some quick, rookie, 300lb hogs to learn under Bugel. Add some youth to our D line that time forgot. The rest of our necessities should be picked up in free agency.

You are not sound offensively unless you can block, but if you can, then even someone as bad as Emmit Smith can look good. By the way, this theory is to help us with the future, not next year, but the year after.
