I recall a study a handful of years ago showing the effectiveness of chocolate milk as a recovery drink, I think that it was more for endurance/high intensity athletes, which the p90x would qualify for obviously.

5pm dinner, extra fiber in diet, defending Betty White's stamina. Has anyone actually met Matty? Is he really the age that he says that he is? hah

there is no set time for eating at my house. really the only rule is that we gotta ____ alotta _______ before we hungry. sad but true. we can make a gourmet all out dinner but leave the food to get cold until we have had enough of ____ to make us hungry.

last night i ate a hen. no joke.

That's great you guys can eat dinner at 5:30. I'm not even home until about 7:30. Dinner's usually between 8 and 9.
Yeah, I probably also stay up a bit later than some. I'm trying to work on not eating later on but snacking gets me. If I'm up till 1 or 2 I'm getting hungry after a 6pm dinner.

Re: What time do you eat dinner at?

I live by myself, so I'll pretty much eat dinner whenever. I usually get home around 6 and eat shortly after that.

If I get really into a new video game dinner usually has to wait. When I got Bioshock 2 I think I skipped it for a week straight. Come to think of it, I should sign up for GameFly and use that as a diet plan.

I'm guessing taking in 50% of your daily fiber in one shot (or whatever crazy % it is) isn't always the best thing.
Yeah I'd have to agree. I eat a lot of whole grain products, and I love raw broccoli. That coupled with the coffee I have in the AM... I'm guessing my grumpies rival saden1's. LOL.

Re: What time do you eat dinner at?

I never eat before 7 and never after 930 somewhere in their. Now on a drinking night all that gets thrown out the window, Ill easily be eating dinner cooking breakfest and microwaving lunch all at once. Trust me the next day there is no need for fiber.
