A rest day at this point makes sense. I really don't think AH is pushing back.

??? Makes sense? All he has to do is a few 300 yard gassers. If you're in any kind of shape whatsoever, that's not really all that hard to do. We used to run 10 100 yard gassers at the end of every practice in high school. This dude is a pro-athlete. Plus, how are his shuttle runs any more taxing than the full practices every other player has had the past few days? And they're all on the field today.

Haynesworth is a me-first, petulant little child, and I think he's definitely pushing back. With regard to the conditioning test stuff, he's already been quoted as saying "this is BS," and "I'm tired of this shit." Also, Mike Shanahan is stubborn to a fault. Neither parties are winning anything at this point.

Most players seem to agree the conditioning test is tough. Fair but tough. I really haven't seen anyone say that it's easy, especially for a guy his size.
