My beef with AH is he made a media spectacle over this. He needed to talk to the coaches with his concern over the 3-4 scheme change and understand he was in their plans, instead he balked about it publicly and for a prolonged period of time. Shanny's camp to me feels like a mix of Club Med and Med school. Like they're easy enough to help prevent any unnecessary wear and tear but at the same time they require a lot of discipline, focus, and execution. Schottenheimer and Gibbs easily ran the toughest camps.
