Government conspiracy??? But seriously you'll be suprised what Pure Speed (DeSean Jackson, Randy Moss, Steve Smith) and superior route running (Wes Welker, Larry Fitzgerald) will do for you. Mot to mention broken coverage in some cases.
Outside of Moss we don't have that speedster who can get behind the defense consistently or that route running master that moves the chains.
