IT IS Great news....Obama did a great job doing the Lacky work for the George W plan.

All U.S. troops to leave Iraq by the end of 2011 - The Washington Post

The plan conforms with the agreement negotiated by the George W. Bush administration to withdraw U.S. forces from Iraq at the end of 2011.
