Give him this season and next season, and if we don't win at least 7 games next year or are the best 6-10 team of all times then you think about getting another coach (think, not necessarily pull the trigger). We got RGIII and Alfmo, need to get Garcon and Davis back healthy (Really hope we resign davis). And most importantly fix the secondary and Orakpo's chest muscles! No one in our secondary that has started a game for us should be starting next year.
