This is how grass is supposed to be for a outdoor football stadium.



Our crew does a excellent job at keeping the field in top shape all year long. (especially the football season)

These types of responses are so stupid. His player safty = $$$$$$. Also he has shown over and over again he will spend money on the team so that's not even an issue.

Playing Surface During the summer of 1983, a complete renovation was done on the playing surface. A new drainage system, a new base of gravel and sand, new treated topsoil, and a new grass--Tifton 419 Hybrid Bermuda--was installed.

Bermuda would be nice in DC but it would be dormant by the begining of November.
