Coaches making $5M a year or more, and universities making more off football programs than tuition, care about winning and keeping the gravy train rolling, and you thus have tutors do all the schoolwork and fixers that coverup all misdeeds. Remember Carroll the mess he left coming to NFL? Then of course when the shizznit hits fan everyone plays dumb and feigns being apalled.
