That's the problem right there. 5 or 6 stiff drinks some hot sex with the wife and you will sleep just fine.

I took my own advise and had 6 or 7 drinks and slept like a baby last night.

Probably the exact opposite thing a doctor would tell you to do in order to cope with anxiety. But to each his own!
