Why on earth are you bringing up the Democrats as if they are some sort of beacon of equality? Income and racial inequality has widened just as bad under their watch and policies. Both parties have masters they serve. We simply call them donors, lobbyists or corporations. The fact of the matter is, we are an oligarchy at this stage instead of a democracy. That said, I'd imagine you'll find a higher rate of poor people (per population) in red states than you will a blue state. In fact, most red states take more in tax dollars than what they put in.

Not sure I said the taxpayers are the blame. I don't even recall saying we should dump a bunch of money into the projects to help out. Where are you getting this stuff at? Throwing money at the problem isn't the real solution nor is that help they need. That's like saying I helped out Japan during the tsunami by donating to the Red Cross. These people need help via good paying jobs that they can get without being discriminated against and without being harassed by the police on a daily basis for being black. My claim is that people really don't give two shits about poor black people and that is most definitely true for the most part.

Like I've stated, poverty pimps are sitting fat in those cities and a lot of this "cycle " you talk about, welp, personal responsibility and knowing right from wrong is a good place to start.
I think I addressed this which you possible ignored or overlooked.

Until the issue of poverty is addressed, the violence will continue. I don't think there is a single simple solution out there, and quite frankly, a lot of help and support is going to have to come from those very communities as well.
What the fuck is a poverty pimp by the way? Do you realize how little people on welfare get? Nobody on welfare wants to really be on welfare. They'd rather have a good paying job they can be proud of. If you take any psychology course, you'd understand that human beings have this desire to be productive. It's positive to our well being and mental state. Self actualization is one of Maslow's needs that most humans desire. Does this mean 100% of the people fit in this category? Absolutely not. Sure there are some lazy ass people out there that are content with what they are doing and who they are, but they definitely are the very low minority of the overall group.
