I agree that our defense, this year, will be somewhat of a hybrid, but to call it a "new" defense or something that has never been seen before is a mistake. Haslett isn't going to come up with some new, innnovative defense that no one in this league has ever seen before.
Your two arguements were both DE's chaging to an OLB position. Rocky and Blades are linebackers who will have to learn much less and in Blade's situation hardly anything at all except for more help on the inside.
