It's ridiculous. Baltimore earliest draft pick on their roster is 10th overall from 7 years ago. The fact that they continually compete is amazing. However looking back I don't know why they took Boller in the first round. The guy had something like a career 50% completion percentage while playing for Tedford. Other then that though Baltimore is pretty much "money" when it comes to making picks.

Baltimore is one of the gold standards when it comes to building teams through the draft. Ozzie Newsome was a Hall of Fame player but his playing career is nothing compared to his proficiency in the draft.
