This Brents 2nd offense, and a judge could choose to make an example out of him. However, i would imagine his contrition, the fact that the victim was his best friend, and victims family seems to have forgiven him could make a judge more likely to show some leniency.

lets hope so, he deserves a 3rd shot. After all we are not perfect, we all make these type of mistakes. Maybe next time its one of your family members or me, he gets a do over cause its his bestie. It makes sense.
