Whether the fan base, media, or ALMOST anybody else agree's or not...........THAT is what he gets paid to do. Do that Coaching shit...make coaching decisions. Right or wrong....popular or un-popular. You value everyone's opinions, you listen to their suggestions, and you work to make sure everyone is satisfied...but you're the leader of your team. Sometimes you need to just take charge and say 'this is my idea, and this is how I want it done' If it fails, it fails and you move on but you're going to be held accountable either way so take charge from the start."
